Kalkan Homes also specialises in a complete design and construction service.  Should you not be able to source a property on the existing market that fits all your specific requirements there are two alternatives to consider in order to create your very ‘ideal home in the sun’

Alternative 1
We can assist in land sourcing, architectural consultation and design, full construction, interior design and furnishings, working with an accomplished and proficient workforce who will take on board all your preferences and requirements while managing the project from its initial stages through to full completion.

Alternative 2
Buy ‘off plan’, which means investing in a property when it is no more than an architectural drawing.  Why?  Ultimately, there is profit to be made in buying property in this manner, on full completion; the project has the potential of being worth anything from 20% to 60% higher than the original price paid.  You, of course, will also have the pleasure in determining how the property will ultimately look with your personal input, throughout the project construction, on floor plans, interior design and fixtures and fittings.  A further advantage to ‘off plan’ is that you will have the full period of the build duration to pay for the property, therefore not having to find a lump sum up front in order to afford it.  Projects are often completed over six or seven months, with the developer preparing a schedule to include payment details, completion date, guarantees for building work and non-completion penalty details.
