Lower ground floor: Bedroom 1 – A cosy double bedroom with separate access and a good sized kitchen and dining area which is a good choice for guests who require a little more privacy. There is also a shower room on this floor which makes this level feel more like a one bedroom apartment.  A lovely, peaceful outside dining space connects you to the rest of the villa garden.

Ground floor: The ground floor comprises of an open plan living area with kitchen and a separate TV room and cloakroom. A number of doors from the living area open up to the pool and dining terrace beyond, bringing in lots of light and the views into this space.

First floor: Bedroom 2 & 3 – On the first floor, two good sized double bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities open to a wrap around balcony that extends to the full width of the property and connects the two bedrooms. There are lovely sea and mountain views from this floor.

Second floor: If fabulous bathrooms are your thing, you may have to draw straws for one of the rooms on the second floor where there is a shared bathroom that has an indulgent free standing deep soak bath from which to enjoy the sea views, there is even a sea view roof terrace leading from this bathroom!

Bedroom 4 – A double bedroom with sea views and access to the shared bathroom.

Bedroom 5 – There is also an air-conditioned roof room on this floor with a double pullout bed and access to the shared bathroom.

Outside: A sunken swim up bar with submerged bar stools is part of a well thought out exterior space that offers space to sunbathe, a shaded dining terrace, outside seating set up, and garden area.
